In order to promote business development and customer satisfaction, the Sales Operations Manager will be in charge of integrating sales technology, streamlining sales procedures, and making sure the sales force works effectively. You will answer directly to the Customer Development & Sales Operations Lead in this capacity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and systems to drive revenue growth • Lead and manage sales operations teams, including sales analytics, sales enablement, and sales support • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product • Design and implement sales metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure sales performance • Develop and manage sales enablement programs, including training, content, and tools • Optimize sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and sales forecasting • Ensure sales compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI, Jet Analytics, and MS Excel. • Outstanding talent with good transferable abilities for a future move into finance or sales • Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving • Project management abilities to accurately and clearly gather information, arrange it, and facilitate prompt, suitable decision-making • Communicate clearly and coherently, argue with conviction, show that they value their clients, and exhibit dependability, honesty, and trustworthiness.
