Head of Controlling

Overview

In order to meet the established goals, the Head of Controlling - GH & Francos Manager will work with the local topline team and the Country Manager to design a strategy per category and brand, complete with an action plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the controlling team, providing guidance and support • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and annual reports • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate with senior management to inform business decisions • Develop and maintain internal controls and financial procedures • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance or accounting. While not necessary, a CPA is preferable. • A minimum of ten years of expertise in finance and accounting from a global company, including experience in finance, accounting, auditing, business controlling, and analysis (including obtaining, assessing, presenting, and reporting financial information to management and external stakeholders). • Strong background in managing reporting, general ledger, budget creation and analysis, and investment accounting in addition to organizing audit operations. • Proactive, involved manager who will take charge of tasks. • Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities as well as the capacity to collaborate with people both inside and outside the organization. • Change management prepared for the roadmap of Integrated Business Services
