Overview

In order to fulfill the agreed-upon digital roadmap, your main responsibilities will be to oversee the business development, service design, quality, and sustainability of the designated digital channels and products. You will also collaborate closely with business lines to attain channel usage, migration plans, customer satisfaction scores, and brand image.

Responsibilities

• Define a precise channel strategy and a plan for channel evolution that takes into account local and global trends, business requirements, customer experience, and the overarching goal of the digital bank. • Oversee the CRs and projects' service design, commercial development, and analysis on the designated digital channels. • Provide a compelling value offer that combines new goods, services, and technology to enhance the performance and user experience of the designated digital channels. • Carry out the daily tasks associated with the designated digital channels, taking into account the quality, performance, and sustainability of the system. • Plan and carry out the campaigns pertaining to the designated digital channels in close collaboration with the marketing team. • Oversee the complete delivery of the allocated Digital channel portfolio in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Digital Roadmap and the necessary standards. • Make sure that the planning for the delivery of CRs and projects and the accomplishment of the established KPIs are in harmony and alignment. • As instructed, adhere to the project management principles and methods while collaborating closely with the PMO. • Reach the desired net promoter score (NPS) for digital channels and look for ways to improve the customer experience. • Provide/manage cutting-edge concepts and services with additional value via the designated digital channels. • With every modification, make sure the client journey and the business needs are in line. • Engage in financial and performance monitoring. • Keep an eye on the money the digital outlets are bringing in. • Make that the operational and technical KPIs for digital channels are met.

Requirements

• Degree of relevance • A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in managing digital channels • A track record of successfully managing digital banking products, including USSD services, online banking systems, and mobile apps • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving • Strong organizing and detail-oriented abilities • Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively
