Overview

considering recruiting an HR Admin Manager to join the HR team. This person will be in charge of delivering Administrative and Generalist support to all functional areas of the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring and choosing procedure. Collaborate with department leaders to determine the resources needed, as well as the skills and abilities needed for different job vacancies. Then, establish recruiting tactics in line with these needs. Prepare interview materials and assist with the onboarding and selection processes. • monthly payroll preparation in addition to additional benefits and remuneration • Organize and preserve personnel files and historical information in the most efficient way possible. • Respond to grievances, disciplinary actions, departure interviews, layoffs, terminations, and dismissals of employees. • Find the knowledge gaps and the training and development required to close them in collaboration with leaders. • Keep up with the latest developments in talent management, employment law, human resources, and best practices as well as changes to regulations and technological advancements. • Monitor the probationary period and start the new recruit verification procedure. • Overseeing all office-wide administrative tasks • In charge of overseeing the daily operations of the facility and managing the upkeep and modifications of the equipment and office spaces • keeping accurate records of all subscription schedules and office utility payments. • Buying furniture, office supplies, equipment, etc. for employees • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, regulators, and other public authorities inside the company for data protection-related matters. • Handle employee receipts for Internet and airtime promptly.

Requirements

• Three to five years of minimum relevant experience after graduation • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as the social sciences. It will be advantageous to have more credentials and an official professional certification.
