Overview

Our global client is looking to add an experienced Marketing Manager to their team. They provide a wide variety of ornamental items. Your main responsibilities, under the direction of the Country Director, will be to design and implement innovative marketing plans that raise brand recognition and carry out in-depth market research to find local market trends and opportunities in order to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Create, oversee, and maintain marketing budgets to guarantee effective resource distribution. • Share marketing plans and outcomes with stakeholders and upper management. • Create and carry out innovative and thorough marketing strategies that support organizational goals. • Create plans and techniques to advertise the firm and draw in targeted customers. • Manage connections with suppliers, agencies, and partners to support marketing efforts. Coordinate with outside vendors to carry out promotional events and campaigns. • Benchmarking, researching, analyzing, and modifying email and advertising efforts are all important. • To improve marketing efforts, keep up with the latest developments and best practices in digital marketing. • Evaluate and document the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, extract learnings, and contrast results with objectives. • Contribute to both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives by demonstrating your proficiency in fields including event organizing, advertising, and content creation and optimization. • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns for a variety of media, including TV, email, social media, and conventional marketing. • Ensure brand recognition, successful product releases, promotions, and the yearly notoriety study by coordinating with marketing, product teams, and other experts. • gathering information about customer needs, preferences, and trends through market research. • Trade marketing operations are put into action. • Lead and mentor marketing experts by offering direction and assistance. • To assess campaign success and return on investment, examine marketing data and KPIs (campaign outcomes, conversion rates, traffic, etc.).

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline is a minimum requirement. • Requires a minimum of five (5) years of substantial work experience in an equivalent or related position. • Experience in the retail and digital marketing industries, particularly with regard to items, is a plus. • Adept in handling a variety of social media platforms and digital technologies. • Extensive knowledge of regional market niches and advertising techniques. • Shown experience in running marketing operations and processes. • The capacity to create both long-term and strategic marketing programs. • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
