The primary responsibility is to plan and direct the business's sales efforts in order to provide value to stakeholders by;
• Create and implement a marketing and sales strategy for the business to increase returns through appropriate STP. • Create innovative suggestions for both business and private entities. • Make presentations to organizations. • Arrange and plan events and activities that will draw more customers to other business divisions. • Periodically carry out in-depth marketing research to help you make wise decisions. • Handle the company's many social media account. • Helping with the planning, creation, and positioning of email blasts, social media advertisements, conventional media advertisements on TV and radio, and billboards.
• First degree in marketing or a similar discipline. • Two or more years of experience in a related field of marketing. • Numerate, well-spoken, and highly skilled in negotiations • Show off a strong network base. • High moral standards and delivery that is professional. • Capability of teamwork and leadership. • Should possess knowledge in social media or digital marketing. • Proficient in speaking, writing, presenting, and actively listening. • Good interpersonal skills, such as the capacity to work together when necessary with team members, clients, and customers. • Knowledge of customer relationship management, online analytics, content management systems, and other pertinent applications. • Data analysis, decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking. • Knowledge of industry best practices. • Inventive, flexible, and aware of the latest developments in marketing.
