Responsibilities

• Hardware and Network Support: Keep up with and troubleshoot the organization's hardware and network infrastructure, making sure that all connections and devices are safe and functional. • Software Development: Help create and execute software solutions that satisfy corporate objectives and boost productivity. • Server Maintenance: To guarantee the efficiency and security of the company's servers, undertake routine setup, configuration, and maintenance. • Database administration involves maintaining and optimizing databases, backing up and securing data, and resolving any problems that may arise. • Writing, testing, and implementing code to support software applications and automate tedious operations is known as programming and scripting. • Cybersecurity: To defend against attacks, implement security measures across all IT systems. These methods include firewall setups, antivirus updates, and monitoring. • End-User Technical Support: Offer personnel direct technical support, promptly resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems. • Innovation and Creativity: Find and suggest cutting-edge technological solutions that can simplify processes, cut expenses, or enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field. • Expert IT certifications in pertinent fields. • Proficiency with Web, FTP, File SSL, Firewall, SonicWall, Network, Database, and Server Administration on Windows/Linux • Hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting • Extensive background in providing assistance for many applications. • Strong grasp of the procedures involved in software development. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Current understanding of the newest developments in infrastructure management and hardware acquisition.
