The chosen applicant will be in charge of overseeing the showroom's daily operations, making sure that customers have an amazing experience, and hitting sales goals.
• Handle the paint showroom's general operations with efficiency. • Make sure your showroom is arranged neatly and aesthetically pleasing. • Manage product displays, refilling, and inventory. • Answer clients' questions and give them outstanding customer service. • Assist clients in choosing products and provide knowledgeable guidance on paint selections. • Respond to questions and problems from customers quickly and efficiently. • Lead, inspire, and educate showroom employees to meet sales goals. • Staff shifts should be planned and coordinated to provide sufficient coverage. • Perform frequent evaluations of employees' performance and offer helpful criticism. • Create and put into action sales strategy to meet financial goals. • Work together with the marketing group to carry out advertising initiatives. • Keep an eye on market developments and suggest product improvements. • Produce reports on sales indicators and showroom performance on a regular basis. • Analyze data to find areas that need improvement and put remedial measures in place.
• Solid store management experience, ideally in the paint sector. • Needs to be knowledgeable about paint. • Strong team management and leadership abilities. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Knowledge of the systems used for inventory management. • Result-oriented and focused on hitting sales goals. • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • Five years at least of experience in a managerial capacity.
