Overview

This is a bustling restaurant committed to providing outstanding service and a wonderful eating experience. We are seeking a seasoned and committed HR Manager to manage our restaurant's HR operations, with an emphasis on scheduling, training, and attendance control.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out training programs for every member of the restaurant staff to guarantee they have the abilities and know-how to carry out their jobs well. • Organize frequent training courses covering food safety, customer service, and other pertinent subjects. • Throughout the onboarding process, keep an eye on the development of new hires and offer further assistance as required. • Create and oversee staff schedules to provide best coverage during peak hours and effective staffing levels. • Schedules should be adjusted as needed to account for shifts in personnel availability or staffing requirements. • Staff should be informed of schedules promptly, and any issues in scheduling should be resolved. • Keep an eye on and record staff attendance, including requests for leave, absences, and timeliness. • Make sure that corporate policies are followed by following up on any concerns related to attendance. • oversee the hiring and choosing procedure, etc. by listening to employee problems and resolving disagreements, you may help to create a healthy work atmosphere. • Check in with employees often to find out how they're doing their jobs and to resolve any concerns. • Plan team-building exercises to boost staff spirits and unity including conducting interviews and selecting new employees. • Keep track of all employee documents, including as contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary decisions. • Make ensuring that corporate policies and labor laws and regulations are followed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline. • Solid HR management expertise, ideally in the restaurant or hotel sectors. • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, employee management, and HR best practices. • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities. • Capacity to multitask and operate in a fast-paced setting.
