Overview

To handle consumer complaints and inquiries, we are employing a customer service agent. Additionally, you'll be expected to handle orders, adjustments, and complaints that are escalated via various channels of contact. You must have prior computer skills and be able to maintain composure in the face of irate clients in order to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails, chats, and phone calls from customers in a fast, effective, and informed manner. • Make recommendations on how to enhance operations, effectiveness, and customer service for both internal and external clients. • Recognize customer service and obtain input to meet the demands of customers. • Help the manager with all aspects of the call center's everyday operations, including the development duties. • Keep up-to-date knowledge of all goods, services, and promotions in order to give clients correct information. • Respond to consumer concerns and handle problems in a timely and efficient manner to guarantee client happiness. • Attend meetings and training sessions to keep up to speed on business policy, best practices for customer support, and product expertise. • Determine which concerns are of a priority and report them to the relevant parties. • Respect the company's rules and processes while making sure that you are in accordance with all applicable laws. • Give the management comments and recommendations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate qualification. • Outstanding written and spoken English ability. • proficiency with Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs. • Proficiency in oral, writing, and computer communication. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities when it comes to dealing with both internal and external clients. • The capacity to adjust to change. • Knowledge about sports wagering. • At least a year's worth of call center work.
