Overview

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to businesses, helping them to improve performance, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute strategically to the creation of a new health franchising model for the Bluestar network. Take the lead in business analyses of novel network management models that keep pace with advances in universal health care. • Give franchises strategic guidance for their business assistance and suggest methods to improve cash flow and financial sustainability. • Create and provide business training programs that adhere to global social franchise business training and support resources for participating facilities. • Provide franchisees with dashboards that allow them to analyze and provide input on important financial data and forecasts, helping the facilities become bankable and financially stable. • Examine the financing options currently available through the network, provide advice and establish connections for credit, term loans, and financing for receivables.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a similar degree • MBA or another advanced degree in banking, accounting, finance, or management • Seven years of experience after graduating, with at least three of those years spent in senior management • Two years of experience managing in the medical field • Work experience in the business/banking industry or in the private sector • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and facilitation abilities • The readiness and capacity to engage with communities and do fieldwork • Experience gained working for a global non-governmental organization • Strong planning, financial analysis, and computer abilities, including the use of tablets and databases and online applications • Excellent writing abilities for business proposals and a dedication to an output- and performance-based working style
