Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and stakeholder engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business results • Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development strategies with company goals and objectives • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure business development success • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a leadership role • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion through strategic business development initiatives • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically, prioritize initiatives, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform business decisions • MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or related field
