• Be in charge of all business development plans and strategies as well as the company's sales targets. • Aids in the creation of the sales strategy. Forecasts and KPI reporting are created for the sales executives. • Determine which incoming lead requirements must be met in order to achieve your sales goals. • Ensure complete insight into the sales funnel throughout the whole development process. • Create and maintain alliances and connections with important clients, both within and internationally.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline • Have a thorough understanding of sales concepts and techniques, as well as the capacity to mentor others in them. • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities; capacity to support suggestions, drive activities, and make assumptions using concrete facts and metrics. • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, the capacity to operate in a deadline-driven workplace, meticulousness, and multitasking abilities. • Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
