HSSEQ Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality) Manager to lead our HSSEQ team in ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HSSEQ management, with expertise in developing and implementing effective HSSEQ systems, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSSEQ management systems, policies, and procedures. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate HSSEQ risks. • Lead and manage the HSSEQ team, providing technical guidance and mentorship. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Develop and deliver HSSEQ training programs for employees. • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Monitor and report on HSSEQ performance metrics and key performance indicators

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HSSEQ management. • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. • Strong understanding of HSSEQ principles, laws, and regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
