This position entails seeking out new business prospects, forming strategic alliances, and cultivating enduring connections with customers in a variety of sectors.
• Find and assess fresh business prospects in Ghana's oil and gas sector as well as other associated industries. • Analyze market trends, the competitive environment, customer demands, and possible development opportunities by doing market research. • Create and carry out smart business growth plans to boost sales and increase the company's market share. • Develop and preserve a solid rapport with current and future customers by learning about their needs and providing specialized services. • Oversee client negotiations to ensure alignment with business goals, including contract talks, price agreements, and service level agreements. • Work together with internal teams in the areas of operations, finance, and technology to create proposals and provide clients with creative solutions. • Assemble and present studies, proposals, and presentations that showcase the benefits of company's services to management and clients. • In order to raise brand recognition and create leads, represent the firm at trade shows, seminars, and networking gatherings. • To spot new possibilities and hazards, stay up to date on market dynamics, industry advancements, and regulatory changes. • Track and document business development efforts, such as pipeline position, sales results, and industry developments.
• A track record of accomplishment in sales or business development positions in the oil and gas sector or other similar fields. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish trust and relationship with customers. • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills, with an emphasis on reaching win-win agreements. • Analytical abilities and strategic thinking are needed to see possibilities, evaluate risks, and create winning business plans. • A results-driven mentality that is driven to reach and surpass goals and deadlines. • Capacity to work both individually and together, skillfully handling several tasks and priorities. • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office program.
