We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Associate to join our team. As a Customer Account Associate, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain existing customer relationships through regular communication and account management activities. • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure effective customer solutions. • Develop and maintain accurate customer records and account information. • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and revenue growth targets.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or account management. • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
