Overview

A photographic designer is a creative professional who specializes in manipulating and enhancing images to create visually appealing and impactful designs. They work with photographs to produce various visual content for different purposes, such as advertising, marketing, publications, and digital media. Photographic designers use their artistic skills and technical expertise to retouch, edit, and enhance photos, ensuring they meet the desired aesthetic and communication goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all designs and artworks and guide the design specialists to complete the corresponding work • Maintain the highest standards in graphic design and produce cutting edge creative content, for both print and digital designs, that accurately represents the expectations of the business • Design across all digital platforms, eg. website, web applications, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media and other digital media • Devising new creative concepts and designs

Requirements

• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software’s. Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect and Premiere Pro. • Leadership skills • Time management and organizational skills • Adaptable, Observant, creative, versatile • 3-5 years KPI’S • On time delivery of material and mission. • Printed materials meeting standards or specifications • Supervision and implementation of design work • Work completion and satisfaction
