Overview

A stock controller's main responsibilities include overseeing the distribution of our inventory, helping customers with service and troubleshooting, and supporting the sales staff. The Retail Expansion and Audit Lead will be your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: To ensure precise stock level tracking, you will receive, issue, and keep track of stock records. • Reverse Logistics: In accordance with the specified protocols, you will manage phone swaps and returns. • Sales Support: By giving the sales staff the assistance they need, you will assist in acquiring and improving sales. • Customer service: You will record complaints and questions from clients, troubleshoot difficulties, contact clients again, and guarantee that issues are resolved. • After-Sales Service: You will make sure that consumers pick up their phones after repairs or service, follow up on phone servicing, and communicate with customers. • Branding: It is your responsibility to make sure that the depot's posters and marketing materials are in good shape and are clearly visible.

Requirements

• A business administration, marketing, or similar subject diploma or bachelor's degree. • The capacity to tackle assignments with an emphasis on effectiveness and development. • Outstanding people skills, coaching, communication, and presenting abilities. • Tasks can be planned. • You have the ability to remain composed under pressure. • Tech-savvy: Able to operate cell phones with ease. • Expertise or background in front desk administration. • Adept at using computer programs and software for data administration and record-keeping
