Operator/Engineer

Overview

As an Operator/Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and issues • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a related field (operations, engineering, maintenance) • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and teamwork skills
