The newly hired individual would be responsible for hiring and staffing, employee development and training, performance appraisal system implementation, administration of benefits and compensation, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and all other duties pertaining to the human resource role.
• Staffing and Recruitment: Create and put into action recruitment tactics to draw in and keep talent. This include publishing job openings, setting up interviews, and managing the recruiting procedure. • Employee Relations: Handle issues and concerns from employees, resolve disputes amicably, and guarantee a happy workplace. They also offer direction on corporate policies and practices. • Training and Development: To improve employee performance and skills, identify training requirements and set up development programs. They could also be in charge of the new recruit onboarding procedures. • Performance management includes putting in place procedures for performance review, helping managers define objectives and assess worker performance, and offering advice and encouragement for professional growth. • Payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and employee benefits administration are all part of the job description for compensation and benefits administration. They could also carry out pay analysis and benchmarking of salaries. • Compliance and Policy Management: Make sure the company complies with employment laws and regulations. They are in charge of keeping HR policies and processes current and up to date. • Maintaining Documents and Reports: To facilitate strategic decision-making, keep up-to-date personnel records, provide reports on HR indicators, and conduct data analysis. • Organizational Development: Encourage programs that enhance workplace culture and increase organizational efficacy. Programs for employee engagement and change management may fall under this category.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferable). • Professional certification in HR, such as: - Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification - HR Certification Institute (HRCI) certification • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including: - Title VII of the Civil Rights Act - Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) - Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) - Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to: - Build strong relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders - Facilitate training and development programs - Manage conflict and negotiate resolutions • Proficiency in HR software and systems, including: - Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Performance management software - Recruitment and talent management systems
