Facility Manager

Overview

We are searching for a qualified Facility Manager to supervise the upkeep, management, and operations of our buildings. The chosen applicant will be in charge of making sure that our equipment, buildings, and grounds run smoothly on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Facilities, including the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, should be managed and maintained. • Oversee and manage contractors and maintenance personnel. • Create and carry out budgets and plans for facility management. • Verify adherence to safety and legal requirements. • Organize capital projects, renovations, and repairs. • Oversee administrative duties pertaining to the institution, such as reporting and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in a related industry or facilities management • A bachelor's degree in engineering, real estate, facilities management, or a similar discipline • A track record of accomplishment in facilities management • Strong communication and leadership abilities • Capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively Understanding safety procedures and legal obligations
