Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in the media industry or a related field • Strong knowledge of employment law, industry regulations, and best practices • Proven track record of building and maintaining a positive work culture • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred
