Human Resource and Administrative Manager

Overview

To oversee our administrative and HR operations, we are looking for a proactive, strategic human resource manager. With its responsibility for hiring, training, and upholding sound administrative procedures, this position will be essential to our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and put into action HR strategies and activities that support the manufacturing and overall business objectives of the company. • Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes finding candidates, vetting them, setting up interviews, and assisting with onboarding. • Create payroll and benefit plans for employees and make sure they follow corporate guidelines and legal regulations. • To increase worker engagement and productivity, oversee performance management systems. • Work together with department managers to determine what training is needed, then lead training sessions to improve staff competencies. • Ensure that personnel files and HR records are current and accurate. • Investigate, resolve conflicts, and handle employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. • To guarantee that every employee works in a safe environment, it is important to oversee and execute safety policies and procedures. • Oversee administrative personnel and office operations to guarantee efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• Five years or more of verified experience in an HR manager or related position • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices • Strong managerial and leadership abilities with the capacity to assemble and inspire high-achieving teams. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate well across all organizational levels. • Shown capacity to manage private information with tact and integrity. • A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline is required; a master's degree is desirable. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
