The ideal applicant will be passionate about health and wellness goods, have a strong leadership track record, and have experience in sales management.
• Create and put into action efficient sales strategies for the introduction of the coconut oil product. • Oversee and plan the sales team's everyday operations. • To find areas that need improvement, track and evaluate sales performance data. • To improve product knowledge and sales tactics, hold frequent training sessions and sales meetings. • Give sales staff support, guidance, and coaching. • Respond to consumer questions and concerns about the coconut oil product. • Help in hiring, orienting, and educating new sales employees. • Work together to coordinate sales tactics with the product development and marketing teams. • Create and provide sales reports to management at the senior level.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Experience: A minimum of three to five years of sales experience, particularly in the FMCG or health and wellness industries, with at least one year spent in a supervisory or team-leading capacity. • Strong team management and leadership skills. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications. • The capacity to evaluate sales data and create tactics that work. • Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions. • Capacity to excite and encourage a sales staff. • Good time-management and organizing abilities. • The capacity to multitask and perform under pressure.
