Overview

The Field Marketer will be in charge of carrying out marketing initiatives, gathering market data, cultivating client connections, and evaluating data to find areas where the organization may expand.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to drive sales and loyalty. • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos to showcase features, benefits, and value to customers and prospects. • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support, answer customer questions, and help close deals. • Market Research: Gather feedback from customers, competitors, and market trends to inform marketing strategies. • Content Creation: Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and social media content, to support field marketing efforts. • Budget Management: Manage field marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize resources to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements

• Competencies in campaign execution, market research, and marketing strategy • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; proficiency in client relationship management and data analysis • The capacity to operate both individually and in a group • Experience in the field of sales or field marketing • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline
