Ensuring adherence to standard operating standards and procedures (SOGP) throughout the brand network is a key responsibility of the function. This calls for close observation of each school's activities to guarantee that the regulations pertaining to governance, risks, and controls are properly followed in order to manage each school's operations effectively and in accordance with established guidelines for behavior.
• Examine the general matters of governance to confirm that the Standard Operating Guidelines and Practices (SOGP) are being adhered to; • Important governance matters will include, but not be restricted to: • arranging and recording meetings of the School Management Committee, School Academic Committee, Staff Meetings, Academic Staff Meetings, and PTA Meetings. • Make that the meeting's agenda complies with the SOPs and procedures that are stipulated in the meeting briefs. • Ascertain that employees' files and records are kept appropriately. • Examine the extent to which school facilities are being properly maintained; • Examine the risks and controls associated with managing the logistics and supplies to the school; Verify that all legal and regulatory obligations are satisfied on time. • Make sure that the building, the personnel, and the students—including those on the buses—are always safe. • Make sure that the important business areas are adhering to the rules, regulations, and guidelines as outlined in the details compliance checklist.
