Sales and Marketing Executive

Overview

In order to increase income, broaden our clientele, and improve brand awareness, you will be in charge of creating and carrying out strategic sales and marketing efforts in this position. A solid background in sales and marketing, outstanding communication abilities, and a drive to surpass goals and provide outstanding customer service characterize the perfect applicant.

Responsibilities

• To meet revenue targets and business goals, create and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives. • Through networking, lead creation, and prospecting, find and seize new business opportunities. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with current clients by getting to know their demands and offering solutions that are specifically tailored to satisfy them. • To assist sales efforts, work together with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing collateral that is captivating. • To determine market trends, customer demands, and competitive threats, do competition analysis and market research. • Monitor and evaluate the performance metrics related to sales and marketing, pinpointing areas that require improvement and putting necessary corrective measures in place. • Represent the business in conferences, trade exhibitions, and industry gatherings to highlight our goods and services and widen our network. • Keep up with innovations, trends, and best practices in the business. Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • A track record of accomplishment in marketing and sales jobs, as well as the capacity to meet and beyond sales goals. • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, with the capacity to establish relationships and sway decision-makers. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly express value propositions and create powerful sales presentations. • Incredibly well-organized, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to oversee several tasks at once. • Aggressive, self-driven, and has a strong work ethic and optimistic outlook.
