Stock Controller

Overview

A stock controller's primary goal is to support the sales team and customers by allocating inventory and assisting with repairs.

Responsibilities

• Stock management includes receiving and issuing physical and system stock as well as stocktaking. • Customer service includes tracking down and resolving customer complaints as well as helping customers with their inquiries. • Branding entails making sure that all posters and marketing materials are visible and that employees diligently represent company’s Sales. • Supervisor-assigned tasks

Requirements

• A minimum of one year's experience in sales or customer service, ideally with a phone company. • A further benefit is front office management. • knowledgeable about computers • Any college degree or postsecondary customer service training
