In order to help artisans improve their customer outreach and company outreach, the Marketing Facilitator will create and conduct training programs on social media, branding, and marketing.
• Develop and present training courses covering fundamental branding and marketing concepts. • Organize interactive workshops and practical training sessions based on the requirements of artisans. • Create and maintain accessible training materials, such as handouts and presentations. • Instruct on how to utilize social media platforms to advertise the work of craftsmen and attract customers. • Give advice on how to post material, maintain social media accounts, and interact with followers. • Assist artists in creating a distinctive brand identity and marketing plans. • help in creating eye-catching visual content and persuasive marketing messages. • Provide one-on-one assistance to handle particular marketing objectives and obstacles. • Evaluate the progress of artisans by conducting assessments and feedback sessions. • Create reports detailing participant input and training outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media management, branding, and marketing. • It is favored to have prior experience as a trainer, lecturer, or facilitator. • Excellent communication and presenting skills. • Able to motivate and establish a rapport with a wide range of people. • Adept at using a variety of marketing tools and social media sites.
