Stakeholder Engagement Associate

Overview

Responsibilities

• Ably oversee connections with partner companies and clients. • Utilizing thorough research and input from stakeholders to identify potential partnerships and guide our approach. • Developing and submitting partnership applications and proposals in support of company development goals. • Communicate effectively in writing and vocally (in person or virtually) with partners, stakeholders, and prospective customers. • To preserve good client and partner relationships, make sure that meetings are promptly followed up on and that project deliverables are delivered on time. • Effectively convey the organization's mission while representing the company in meetings and events.

Requirements

• It is beneficial to have background or experience in agricultural, research, climate studies, lobbying, or consultancy projects. • shown mastery in public speaking in both local and international contexts, and a talent for building connections with outside partners and stakeholders. • Strong communication skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt. • Awareness of global advancements in the ecosystem or circular economy. • Proactive and driven, with a great ability to create detailed qualitative and quantitative reports. • Capable of leading team members with effectiveness, adept in online and offline discussion moderating and facilitation.
