Overview

In addition to offering process and customer assistance and handling general HR/learning administration, this job holds each employee accountable for attaining outcomes via independent effort.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and plan the online and in-person delivery of training. This covers assistance with creating training materials, scheduling training, and occasionally providing logistics. • Help with the preparation of reports on the effect, participation, and feedback from training programs. • Monitor action plans following training and check in with participants to make sure newly acquired skills are being applied. • Coordinate with outside training providers to improve communication and guarantee a seamless program's implementation. • Assist in creating a constructive and encouraging learning atmosphere that promotes ongoing development and expansion within the company. • Reports on the advantages and disadvantages of the educational activities and enhances learning Interventions when needed and when necessary. • And any additional tasks that the line manager assigns.

Requirements

• first degree from a university with accreditation • Years of prior experience in domains relevant to training and development • Having two or more years of relevant job experience is advantageous. • Adept at using the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant programs • Outstanding communication, compromise, and conflict-resolution abilities. • The capacity to behave in a discreet, professional, and honorable manner. • Outstanding people management abilities; able to function well under pressure and adhere to deadlines • Knowledge of both conventional and contemporary training techniques outstanding ability to lead • The capacity to successfully plan, manage time, and multitask • Sophisticated computing abilities • Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking • Sophisticated record-keeping abilities • Strong cooperation and collaboration abilities • Candidates with comparable prior experience in similar jobs are desired.
