Overview

As a revenue executive, you will be crucial to our hotel's management and optimization of revenue, ensuring that it is in line with both financial objectives and brand strategy. To get the intended outcomes, you will cooperate with other departments and work closely with the general manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel pricing in compliance with business financial goals, competitiveness, and brand policy. • To maximize RevPAR, put revenue management procedures and methodologies into practice. • PMS, TARS, hotel distribution, and all reservation channels are updated and maintained. • Various revenue management systems should be updated and maintained using common techniques. Hold weekly revenue meetings to talk about sales tactics with the general manager and sales staff. • Optimize room rates and inventory distribution by utilizing revenue management systems and technologies. • Observe and modify price and stock levels in response to market and demand dynamics. • Utilize systems and techniques to analyze hotel performance in order to facilitate strategic decision-making. • Create monthly reports and evaluate the findings to make plans for accomplishing goals. • Make sure that all systems collect data accurately, and conduct routine system audits. • Interact and work together with the following departments: management, F&B, commercial, reservations, and reception. • Make ensuring that established plans and policies are implemented consistently. • Provide market research and rate recommendations to hotel stakeholders. • Adapt your projections dynamically based on strategy and demand. • Encourage the yearly revenue budget's formulation. • Oversee the monthly forecasting procedure.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel management, or a similar discipline • A keen eye for detail and a strategic approach. • Capacity to prioritize activities, multitask, and perform well under duress • Excellent communication and presenting abilities. • Strong numerical aptitude and computer capabilities • Strong analytical and reporting abilities. • Knowledge of the fundamentals of revenue management. • Professional business writing and speaking the language of English
