Responsibilities
- Scout and engage potential influencers on YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram, ensuring alignment with our brand and target demographic.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, overseeing communication and negotiation processes.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to craft compelling influencer campaigns tailored to our audience.
- Monitor, assess, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for future strategies.
- Keep updated on trends in influencer marketing, social media, and pertinent industry domains.
- Stay current with developments in the video game industry, influencer marketing, and social media landscapes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, preferably within gaming or entertainment sectors. Quick learner, capable of adapting swiftly to new platforms and technologies.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence effectively.
- Sound analytical abilities, proficient in interpreting data and extracting actionable insights.
- Innovative thinker for devising creative and engaging campaign concepts.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
