In charge of managing project scheduling, coordination, and planning will be the project planning manager. This include planning projects, keeping an eye on developments, liaising with different stakeholders, and making sure projects are finished on schedule and within budget. In addition to leading and assisting project teams, the project planning manager will guarantee adherence to corporate policies and guidelines.
• Project Scope Definition: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones. • Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources, including team members, vendors, and equipment. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for project risks. • Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost-effectiveness. • Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans, standards, and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet requirements. • Status Reporting and Monitoring: Track project progress, identify variances, and report project status to stakeholders, taking corrective action as needed.
• Strong planning and project management abilities • Construction or MEP industry experience; familiarity with project management tools and software • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities • The capacity to oversee several tasks at once • Organized and focused on the details • Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions • Engineering, construction management, or a similar degree
