The Senior Associate will take ownership of and manage certain client engagements with little guidance, producing high-quality work and assisting in the evaluation of team members with less experience.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of work plans, schedules, project management, and resource allocation for engagements. • Handle modest assignments based on your background and line of work. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with middle-to senior-level employees both inside and outside the company. • Take part in internal meetings to talk about project status and create improvement initiatives. • Junior associates should receive mentoring and assistance. • Help with the creation of presentations, proposals, and other business development tasks. • Keep an eye on developments in the sector and modifications to laws that might have an impact on company's offerings.
• A bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline, such as economics, engineering, finance, business administration, or corporate strategy. • Three to six years of expertise in strategy formulation and implementation, operations management, or consulting. • A master's degree or professional qualification in a related discipline, such as an ICA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, etc., may be ongoing or completed.
