Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery and team development. • Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies, policies, and procedures to align with organizational goals and objectives. • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud-based solutions. • Manage CCTV operations, ensuring security and surveillance systems are functioning optimally and meeting organizational needs. • Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including hardware, software, and applications, and provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed. • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI, and make strategic financial decisions to drive business growth. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives, and drive innovation and improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business success and improve IT operations. • Ensure IT security, compliance, and risk management, maintaining data privacy and protection, and implementing measures to prevent cyber threats and attacks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on networking and CCTV operations. • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, CCTV systems, and IT security best practices. • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of successful team management. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL. • Strong understanding of business operations and processes. • Applicants should live within Tema and it environs
