Oversee the entire marketing process by creating, refining, and implementing the marketing strategy, as well as any associated plans and programs, to raise brand awareness and help achieve important business goals.
• Create, carry out, promote, and lead the marketing and branding strategy based on an understanding of the company's stated goals. • To produce top-notch marketing initiatives, closely collaborate, monitor, influence, and engage the whole marketing value chain. • Motivate the creation of integrated marketing plans and initiatives that optimize the efficiency of sales staff and business expansion initiatives. • Analyze and track rival goods, services, and promotional campaigns, then use the information to improve future marketing campaigns. • Contribute to all auxiliary media plans in order to optimize the planned campaign's impact (for the relevant targeted market category). • Develop and put into action marketing creatives. • Establish rules and procedures for digital and advertising campaigns for the department responsible for ensuring brand messaging is consistent. • Collaborate and communicate with suppliers to provide content that bolsters marketing ideas. • Drive the strategy and creation of the suitable marketing and communication solution by working together with the product development, sales & service, technical marketing, technology, marketing, and creative teams. • Deliver marketing messages to target consumers through social media, video, mobile, and other channels in an effective manner. • Encourage the creation and evaluation of marketing metrics so that they can be used to inform decisions about profitability, market share, revenue growth, and marketing intelligence. • Oversee the company's adoption of communication techniques. • Create systems that foster connections with current and potential customers, shareholders, intermediaries, trade associations, and the local community. • Track and document marketing campaign performance, acquire knowledge, and evaluate against objectives. • Assigned by the supervisor, carry out additional tasks within the parameters and purview of the function.
• Master's degree in relevant discipline necessary; • A professional degree is preferred; • 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or communication • familiarity with corporate communication, company development, and marketing strategy • awareness of the latest developments in marketing • adept in social media and digital content • Working knowledge of a fast-paced workplace and the capacity to manage many projects with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
