We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Operations Manager to manage our fashion company's day-to-day operations. The Operations Manager will oversee the production process, inventory control, supply chain, and general workflow to guarantee that our products are supplied punctually and meet the highest quality requirements. good leadership qualities, a thorough awareness of the fashion industry, and good organizational skills are necessary for this post.
• Production management: Keep an eye on every step of the process, from design to finished goods. • Make sure items are produced in accordance with the necessary quality standards and that production schedules are fulfilled. • To manage production schedules and budgets, collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and designers. • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement of commodities and uphold connections with suppliers in order to manage the supply chain. • Keep an eye on stock levels to make sure there is enough without going overboard. • To monitor and manage stock levels, orders, sales, and delivery, put inventory control systems into place. • Quality Control: To ensure the consistency and quality of your products, create and implement quality control standards. • Make routine audits and inspections of the completed goods and production facilities. • It is imperative to promptly address and rectify any quality concerns or flaws. • Distribution and Logistics: Take charge of the product distribution's transportation, delivery, and storage. • Make sure the distribution procedures are economical and efficient. • Maintain connections with logistics suppliers and bargain for contracts as necessary. • Team Management: Oversee and direct the operations group, offering direction, instruction, and performance evaluations. • Encourage a cooperative and upbeat work atmosphere. • Verify that health and safety laws are being followed. • Financial Oversight: Create and oversee manufacturing, inventory, and logistics budgets. • Track spending and, if feasible, take steps to reduce costs. • Send senior management financial reports on a regular basis. • Process Improvement: Determine where there is room for improvement and put plans in place to increase production and efficiency. • To consistently enhance operations, stay up to date on best practices and industry trends.
• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Three years or more of operations management experience, ideally in the fashion sector. • Strong grasp of logistics, supply chain management, and industrial processes. • Outstanding multitasking and organizing skills. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. • Strong team management and leadership abilities. • Superb ability to solve problems and make decisions. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
