Senior Mechanical Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a very skilled Mechanical Engineer to come on board and oversee the upkeep and repair of our cutting-edge cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweepers, scrubber dryers, and high-pressure washers need all be serviced and maintained. • Complete the comprehensive technical and maintenance reports. • To fix problems, have good communication with the brand and customers. • Oversee the reception of devices, issue reporting, problem-solving, and client communication in the support center. • Oversee and lead the group of technicians. • Provide the servicing personnel with frequent training sessions. • Exhibit a love for the work and a dedication to learning new things. • Deliver top-notch client support.

Requirements

• Five years minimum of experience maintaining and servicing cleaning equipment. • Strong technical aptitude and precise completion of maintenance and technical report forms. • Strong communication abilities are essential for productive interactions with clients and the brand. • Demonstrated aptitude for leading a group of technicians and a service center. • Enthusiastic about their work and driven to keep learning and developing. • Good understanding and abilities in customer service.
