The Travel Associate is in charge of helping customers make travel arrangements, which includes arranging for hotels, flights, and visas as well as organizing other services connected to travel. Excellent customer service abilities, meticulousness, and a love of travel are prerequisites for this position. The Travel Associate will collaborate closely with customers to guarantee that their trips are hassle-free and unforgettable.
• Answer all phone calls asking about making travel arrangements. • Help customers plan and reserve travel-related activities, such as hotels, flights, rental cars, excursions, and other travel-related services. • Provide clients professional guidance and suggestions based on their goals, spending limits, and travel inclinations. • Organize travel schedules, issue tickets, and make reservations. • Ascertain that customers possess the required travel documentation, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance. • Cross-promoting Wakanow goods • Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns as soon as possible and professionally by phone, email, or in-person meetings. • Notify customers of any modifications or cancellations to their trip arrangements and help with rescheduling if necessary. • To increase sales and revenue, advertise special offers, discounts, and trip packages to customers.
