Overview

The chosen applicant will collaborate with the worldwide team to plan daily communications activities that need to be coordinated both internally among team members and externally with customers and media connections. Reporting to the Global Head of Communications is this role.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of press mentions and compile a daily summary of pertinent stories each day. • Create content tailored to each channel, monitor social media activity on many platforms, and generate analytical reports every month. • Have the capacity to acquire in-depth understanding of current projects and imagery. • Create, draft, and format material for internal and external communication platforms, including office templates, marketing materials, bid documents, presentations, speeches, lunch and learns, videos, newsletters, and award submissions. • Create the paperwork, such as checklists and InDesign presentations, required for information delivery. • Manage postings and updates on the intranet every day. • Keep up with news in the industry and promptly report problems and trends to the communications staff. • Keep an eye on press requests, event requests, and the press inbox.

Requirements

• Preferred credentials or experience include those in marketing, public relations, communications, or a similar profession. • Two to three years of experience in a marketing or social media role; · Adobe Creative Suite proficiency • Experience or background in the AEC sector is ideal. • Understanding how to use and function on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and so on) to make sure content is used as effectively as possible. • Capability to create content specifically for each social media site, curate it, and adopt the appropriate voice. • Proficiency in utilizing social media marketing platforms like Later, HootSuite, Buffer, or comparable ones • Capability to distribute analytical reports through social media platforms, Google Analytics, or other comparable methods. • Proficiency in website management technologies, such as Squarespace, WordPress, or equivalent. • adept at handling several projects at once in several time zones. • Capacity to organize and oversee events, ranging from media events to team meetings and offsites. • Pays close attention to details when managing schedules, finances, and communications—often meeting deadlines. • Capable of collaborating across functional boundaries with diverse international teams. • Needs to be adaptable, enthusiastic, and a team player who is dedicated to producing high-caliber work. • Proof that you can maintain a high degree of confidentiality. • Outstanding ability to manage time and organize tasks.
