The sales executive for FMCG is in charge of fostering and upholding connections with important customers, seeking out new business ventures, and hitting sales goals in order to increase sales. A proactive sales approach, strong communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry are necessary for this position.
• To meet sales goals and expand market share, create and execute successful sales strategies. • Determine and focus on potential new company ventures, such as new customers and market niches. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with current customers to guarantee high levels of loyalty and satisfaction. • To keep abreast of market developments, rivalry, and consumer preferences, conduct market research on a regular basis. • Create and deliver proposals, contracts, and sales presentations to prospective customers. • Close sales deals and negotiate the conditions of sales agreements. • Keep an eye on sales performance and send management regular updates on accomplishments, activities, and market reactions. • Work together with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials that boost sales. • By responding to client questions, addressing grievances, and guaranteeing prompt product delivery, you may give exceptional customer service.
• A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Solid background in the FMCG sector as a sales executive or in a related position. • A thorough awareness of the FMCG market, including consumer behavior, rivals, and industry trends. • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities. • The capacity to establish and preserve solid client connections. • Driven by results and has a track record of hitting sales goals. • Strong time-management and organizing abilities. • Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • The readiness to travel as required to attend industry events and meet with clients.
