Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relations Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Relations Assistant, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty • Provide product and service information to customers • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience • Document customer interactions and update customer records • Identify and escalate potential customer issues to management • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
