Overview

To expand our team, we are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager & Administrator. This dual-part role is essential to improving our web presence and making sure our administrative operations run smoothly. The perfect applicant will be imaginative, well-prepared, and passionate about our goal.

Responsibilities

Manager of Social Media: • Create and put into action social media strategy to enhance engagement and brand exposure. • Produce, choose, and oversee all published content across social media channels, including written, video, and image formats. • As you cultivate leads and sales, keep an eye on, pay attention to, and react to users in a "social" manner. • Advocate online and create a channel for joint promotions. • Examine important metrics and adjust strategy as necessary. • Create management-facing reports that highlight ROI. Supervisor: • Oversee daily administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly. • Manage correspondence with partners, donors, and volunteers, among other stakeholders. • Ensure that databases and records are accurate. • Help with the organization and planning of events. • Assist the executive team with activities such as scheduling and correspondence.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline. • Demonstrated expertise in content generation and social media management. • Strong organizational and administrative abilities. • Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking. • Familiarity with social networking sites and applications, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. • The capacity to efficiently manage time and multitask.
