Overview

The media manager will be in charge of overseeing our social media initiatives, responding to feedback from the public, and administering our social media plans. You will have to manage many social media accounts and work with our business plan.

Responsibilities

• Creating innovative and captivating social media campaigns, content, and tactics for all platforms (including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and the school blog). • Overseeing and assisting with the daily management of all social media platforms, interacting with fans, maintaining page updates, and replying to messages and questions on social media. • Use social media to promote the institution's content and services in a way that is loyal to its brand. • Take pictures, edit them till you get the desired effects, and use different editing techniques to continuously enhance the quality of your photographs. • Keep a thorough awareness of photographic best practices and processes, and make sure that all items, situations, lighting, and backgrounds are arranged in accordance with the guidelines. • Make sure every photo is relevant, processed, categorized, and available on time to fulfill deadlines. • Maintaining regular communication and creative development for the institution's internal and external usage in collaboration with the marketing manager and graphic designer. • Utilizing analytics and interaction to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of any social media effort. (Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Insight, and the inquiry portal with social media influencers). • Cooperation with every Openlabs campus, procurement of promotional materials to raise awareness of the institution, and maintenance of brand coherence. • Putting SEO strategies into practice to increase website traffic. keeping up with the newest digital innovations and social media marketing trends

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, public relations, or other similar discipline is required, however any related field would be preferable. • Two years or more of experience in a professional capacity. • Adept with the Microsoft Office program suite. • Outstanding negotiating and communication abilities both in writing and verbally • Experience in digital marketing and the capacity for critical thought • Effective time management and content management • Use and maintain both conventional and current photographic equipment (lens, cameras, etc.), as well as have Photoshop expertise and a track record of professional photography. • Printing, lighting, and shooting techniques. • Understanding of the manufacturing process for different printing applications and online publication. • Capacity to manage several jobs at once.
