The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will assume a pivotal function in supervising the organization's activities to guarantee safety, productivity, excellence, customer satisfaction, earnings, and economical resource allocation.
• Developing and implementing a strategy will help the business achieve its goals and further its mission by increasing sales, profitability, and organizational growth. • Operational Oversight: In charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that they align with strategy, and regularly reporting to the CEO, the top executive • Resource Management: Keep an eye on business operations to guarantee cost-effective resource management, high-quality output, and timely services. • Approve corporate operational and administrative rules, procedures, standards, and practices to improve the process. • IMS Oversight: Manage the organization's integrated management systems and make sure its goals are met. • Risk management: Keep an eye on how well risk management techniques are working to detect, evaluate, and reduce operational risks. • Establishing performance indicators and tracking performance in relation to objectives constitute performance monitoring and reporting. • Customer and Stakeholder Relations: Take the lead in communications by keeping all parties informed through meetings, announcements, reports, and bulletins. • Leadership and Team Building: Take the initiative to design staff performance goals and assess employees' work in relation to company objectives. When needed, offer coaching and counselling. • Encourage an environment among employees that backs the company's plan. • Cost Reduction: Evaluate your capacity to cut expenses without sacrificing quality. • Service delivery and manufacturing process efficiency, including throughput, cycle time, and service response time, should be tracked.
