Overview

In order to drive business growth, the Business Development Associate Manager plays a crucial role that involves fostering customer connections and seeking out new prospects. The ideal applicant will have three or more years of B2B business development experience, preferably in major project sales to well-educated clientele in large businesses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and Manage Client Relationships: Make sure all deal information is up to date by periodically updating HubSpot Business Development Pipelines. • Take detailed notes, outline action items, and oversee follow-up tasks during conversations with both new and current customers in order to sustain positive working relationships. • Perform Analysis and Research: To find new customers and detect rising industry trends, do thorough market research. • Utilizing market data, company's value proposition and services could be improved to satisfy possible partners' needs. • Analyse market data in-depth to identify any gaps and potential places that company's services may be useful. • Lead Creation and Prospective Clientele: For lead generation, use a combination of conventional and digital methods, such as cold calling, networking gatherings, and online outreach programs. • To determine areas for improvement and client happiness, administer and evaluate Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys. • Make sure that customer information is kept up to date in monitoring systems such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Owler. • Enablement and Sales Assets: Help create compelling client presentations that successfully communicate the value proposition of the organization. • Review and recommend changes to the company's publicly visible assets, such as its websites and social media accounts, on a regular basis. • Using tools like Beautiful, keep a library of easily deployable proposal templates. Canva and AI • Enable quality leads to become long-term clients with ease by using a clearly defined, seven-phase account management approach. • Implementing a strategy and planning sales: Engage in active participation in the company's revenue operations and account management strategies. • Assist in the creation of tactical strategies intended to meet revenue objectives. • Work together with the Programs and Marketing teams to synchronize Revenue Operations, goals, and overall business sales targets. • Administrative and Reporting Tasks: Keep a thorough log in HubSpot of all transaction activity, partner communications, and discussions. • Provide top management with comprehensive reports that include revenue, deal performance, and other important performance metrics. • Gather and arrange relevant data for frequent meetings on business development. • Assume charge of setting up Revenue Operations meetings, working with the Chief Operations Officer to determine the agenda and notify attendees ahead of time. • Studying potential grants and public tenders on a regular basis and applying

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or a similar discipline is preferred. • About three years of B2B business development experience. • Proficiency with the Google Suite, Asana, Notion, Owler, Hubspot, and Notion. • Proficiency in writing tender documents and proposals. • Organizational Skills: Proven capacity for managing assignments and due dates. • Diligence: The ability to pay attention to details and keep one's word. • Reliability: The capacity to work consistently and accomplish tasks and goals with dependability. • Process-driven: Able to follow procedures and provide recommendations for enhancements when necessary. • Analytical Skills: Able to analyze facts and draw conclusions that are useful.
