Snr. Business Developer

Overview

The Senior Business Developer will locate, cultivate, define, negotiate, and close business connections in order to establish market position. Preparing strong proposals and approaches to persuade prospective customers to conduct business with the organization will be necessary for this function. In addition, the position will need to strategically plan for the expansion of its clientele and the retention of current clients by offering value-added services and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Determine where there are chances to start profitable new firms. • reaching out to wealthy customers and closing deals on the company's goods and services. • Coordinates needs, drafts and negotiates contracts, combining contract requirements with corporate processes to close new business deals. • Determine trendsetter concepts by investigating relevant events in the industry, such as periodicals and ads. • Give input on industry trends that influence the creation of new goods and services as well as marketing strategies. • Determine and create the company's differentiators and unique selling propositions using market and competitor intelligence. • Start and finish presentations and proposals for new business prospects.

Requirements

• A degree or a certificate that is comparable is the minimal requirement. • Three to five years of solid sales and business development experience in growing sales with high-net-worth businesses. • The capacity to manage intricate finances, Strong negotiating abilities, polished presentation Abilities, self-discipline and motivation, powerful and proficient communicator with a focus on goals. • The capacity to stay adaptable and look for different approaches to issues. • Financial market knowledge will be advantageous. • Analytical skills and exposure to the pensions industry will be advantageous. • Time management and planning skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
