Overview

We are looking to add an extremely meticulous and well-organized administrative/HR assistant to our team. The chosen applicant will help with various administrative duties, such as front desk staffing, and offer administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Organize meetings, make appointments, and manage calendars. • Take care of front desk tasks. • Handle emails and reply to questions. • Execute diverse administrative responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and correspondence management. • Ensure that all databases and records are current and accurate. Documents, reports, and presentations should be prepared and edited. • aid in overseeing communications and employee relations • Help with the hiring and recruitment procedures. • Ensure that labor rules and regulations are followed. • Help with the orientation and onboarding of new employees • As needed, offer assistance to other departments. • As needed, carry out additional administrative duties.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, public administration, human resource management, or a similar discipline • Three years of experience in a support capacity for HR or administration. • Outstanding ability to solve problems creatively and analytically. • Outstanding interpersonal, written, oral, and listening abilities. • Logical, effective, and meticulous in every detail. • Extremely focused and self-motivated. • The capacity to work under pressure and prioritize and complete things effectively. • Have prior experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. • outstanding comprehension of the main aims and objectives of the company.
