Senior Embroidery Designer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Embroidery Designer to join our team, responsible for creating high-quality embroidery designs for various products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in embroidery design, excellent creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work together with the design team to create embroidered concepts that complement the style and mission of the brand. • To generate fresh design concepts, investigate and evaluate cutting-edge methods, inventive materials, and market trends. • Make technical and comprehensive drawings of the motifs, patterns, and decorations used in needlework. • Make sure that design concepts are accurately translated into real prototypes by supervising the sampling process. • To guarantee the integrity and quality of the embroidery work throughout the manufacturing process, collaborate closely with the production teams. • Junior designers should receive direction and mentorship in order to support their development as members of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in embroidery design and digitizing • Strong portfolio showcasing embroidery design expertise • Proficiency in industry-standard design software • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and design skills • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
